Bank of Ireland Login Instructions:
Step 1- To login to your online account user needs to visit the Homepage (bankofireland.com) and click “Login to 365 Online” at the top of the page. This link will take you to “Secure Login” page where you’ve to enter your User ID and last 4 digits of your contact number or date of Birth. Click “Continue”.
Step 2- Once you’ve entered your details you’ll be logged in to the online account.
Forgotten User ID/Password:
Step 1- If any user has forgotten their login details, they need to click on Forgot Details link at the “Secure Login” page and follow the instructions given on that page to contact the bank. On contacting the bank your login details will be recovered and the user will regain access to their online account
How to Enroll:
Step 1- If any user does not have an online account and wants to register for online banking services then they need to click on “Register for 365 Online” link at the top right corner of the page.
Step 2- After clicking on the link they’ll be taken to the Digital Banking page where they’ll be asked to first call the activation team at 1890-365-500 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm to start their enrollment.
Step 3-The agents will ask the user three questions related their account to verify their identity. And then they’ll help the user to set their own PIN for the account.
Step 4- After setting the PIN the user can activate their account and can access their online banking account immediately.
